Radostin holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science (UJI, Castellon, 2002) and a M.Sc. in Photonics (UPC, Barcelona, 2011). His broad experience covers fundamental research, applied R&D, and project management, mostly oriented at developing traditional and technical ceramics and the corresponding manufacturing technologies and characterization techniques. He has worked in academic institutions such as the University of Jaime I, the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, the multinational company Roca Sanitario, the high-tech sensor technology company FAE, and the technological center CIDETEC. He is the author of a number of articles on ceramic materials, spectroscopy, and laser processing as well as the author of a book on advanced materials and a contributor to a ceramics encyclopedia.
