Sandra obtained her degree in Materials Engineering in 2019 from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. She subsequently completed a master’s degree in Advanced Materials Science and Engineering at the same institution. In 2022, she began a part-time PhD focusing on the mechanical properties of fuel electrodes for SOFC/SOEC, while working as a project manager in the CIEFMA group. In March 2025, she joined IREC to dedicate herself exclusively to her PhD, continuing in the same research area and in collaboration with CIEFMA.
