Vikash Gajraj is a materials scientist and his primary research is related to the development of nanostructure materials for energy storage devices. He obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Nanotechnology from the Centre for Converging Technologies, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, India. He was awarded as Doctor of Philosophy from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, India. During his Ph. D., he was honoured as Humboldt visiting research fellow to carry out his research work at KIT, Germany. Prior to joining the IREC, he was working as a Post Doctoral Fellow at the University of Padova, Italy. At IREC, he is working on the solid-state electrolyte and the anode interface.
